Sacrifice

You have not seen the depths of sorrow
Nor the depths of jealousy
Until you've been where I've been
Walked these dark paths of mine

Until you've sat beside
The one you love so dear
And know you cannot be
With her now or forever

Until you've seen her
With another man she loves more
Kiss, hug, hold hands
Each one tearing at your heart

No you have not seen
The depths of jealosuy
The depths of depression
Until you see your love like that

And I say that it's alright
That she must do what her heart says
But my heart now cries
For her to love me instead

No you have not seen
The depths of sorrow
Until you sacrifice all
For the one you love
