Fortune Teller
(Mar 9th, 2004)
What does the future hold
Is it for any man to know
Will I still be here tomorrow
Or will I be lost in sorrow
So how much should I know
Fortune teller of old
What is my place
In this brave new world we create
How can one say I am
This, that and the other
Tell me fortune teller of late
What now is my place
No identity but your own
No life except that you live
No labels save what you create
No name except what you will make
No brand but that of an individuel
This is now your fate
And what of love?
Not mine to tell
Only yours to see
As time wanders on
